PDMR Dealings
InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that Deborah Saw, Non-Executive Director, purchased 339,790 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares“) on 1 May 2020 at a purchase price of 0.284 pence per Ordinary Share and a further 163,546 Ordinary Shares on 4 May 2020 at a purchase price of 0.299 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Deborah Saw has a total beneficial interest in 503,336 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.01% of the Company’s issued share capital.
