Directorate Change

Immedia (AIM: symbol: IME), a supplier of multi-media content and digital solutions for leading brands and global businesses, announces that Bruno Brookes, Chief Executive, has informed the Board of his wish to step down from the Board to allow him to focus on his other interests.  With immediate effect Ross Penney, currently the Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of Interim Chief Executive.

Tim Hipperson, Non-Executive Chairman of Immedia, commented:

Having started his career as a radio and TV presenter he has been able to instill some of the many skills he had in the team which has delivered success over the years for our people and the business.”

He has an in depth practical understanding of all parts of the Group and its needs; with a strong managerial, commercial and technical background he will provide effective leadership as we steer through the ever changing environment we are all currently experiencing.”
