Board Change


ThinkSmart announces that Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will retire from the Board of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting, expected to be in November 2020.  Following Roger’s retirement, the ThinkSmart Board will comprise Ned Montarello (Executive Chairman and interim CEO), Gary Halton (CFO), Peter Gammell (Non-Executive Director) and David Adams (Non-Executive Director).


Roger joined the Board of ThinkSmart in December 2016 when the Company listed on AIM of the London Stock Exchange.
