Update on Notice of Full Year Results

Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) a diversified Healthcare and Industrial company focused on bringing best-in-class innovation, design and manufacturing solutions to its customers, announces it now intends to issue its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2020 on 23 June 2020.

Following the guidance of both the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) relating to the challenges faced by companies and their auditors during the COVID-19 pandemic, the delay in publishing the results facilitates both the Company and its auditors with the ability to conclude the audit in a safe environment for their respective employees.This new timing has been agreed with Deloitte LLP, Scapa’s auditors, to allow Deloitte to undertake its work within government guidelines on social distancing and travel restrictions.
