The following amendment has been made to the ‘Director/PDMR Shareholding’ announcement released on 4 May 2020 at 10:33 a.m. under RNS No 8113L.
Under 4b) of the Director/PDMR Dealing gird, the “Nature of the transaction” has been changed to Purchase of Ordinary Shares. All other details remain unchanged.

Blackbird (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird, was informed that Stephen White, Chief Operating and Financial Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, bought 65,000 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 15.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Stephen White now holds a total beneficial interest in 279,286 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
