InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that Mark Tweed, son of and a person closely associated (“PCA“) with Judith Tweed, Non-Executive Director of Islandmagee Energy Limited and a person discharging managerial responsibility (“PDMR“), purchased 729,927 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares“) on 30 April 2020 at a purchase price of 0.274 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mark Tweed has a total beneficial interest in 1,241,860 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.03% of the Company’s issued share capital.
