Notice of AGM
Xpediator (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe announces the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 700 Avenue West, Skyline 120, Braintree, Essex, CM77 7AA at 11.00am on 26 May 2020. Notice of the AGM was posted to shareholders on 1 May 2020.
Following the UK Government’s introduction of social distancing measures and guidance on non-essential travel and public gatherings, the Company will not be able to hold the AGM in the normal way and as such shareholders will not on this occasion be able to attend the AGM in person.
Instead the AGM will be conducted via a conference call beginning at 11.00 a.m. on 26 May 2020. This will enable shareholders to participate in the meeting and put questions to the Board and listen to the answers. Details of the conference call instructions are contained in the Notice of AGM.
As shareholders cannot attend in person, the Board encourages all shareholders to vote by submitting a proxy form in advance of the AGM. All proxy forms should be returned by post by 11am on 21 May 2020. Shareholders who hold their shares in the CREST system should lodge their votes electronically in the ordinary course.
The annual report is available on the website www.xpediator.com and is being sent by post to shareholders shortly.
